Job Summary

The Donor and Member Services office within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to hire four part-time Gift Processing Specialists. The duration of the assignment is expected to be approximately four months, commencing in November. Projected hours will be approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility permitted between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and update of the Division's database, including accurate identification of constituents, recording of gifts, and updating biographical information.
  • Assistance with opening and preparing mail, data cleanup projects, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Attention to detail, ability to reconcile discrepancies, good time management, and the ability to follow written procedures are required.
  • Positive attitudes and individuals who work well in a team environment are encouraged to apply.
