Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms.
  • Change bed linens and make beds to ensure guest comfort.
  • Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Perform sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Restock guest amenities and toiletries as needed.
  • Organize and manage cleaning carts, ensuring proper storage at the end of shifts.
  • Receive and return keys for assigned rooms responsibly.
  • Address guest requests promptly and report any issues encountered.
  • Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs in guest rooms.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing duties, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and assist guests with a steady work pace.
  • Exhibit integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Deliver personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education:
None required.

Experience:
No prior experience necessary.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may vary based on hotel needs, including weekends and holidays. Timeliness and proper uniform adherence are essential.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
