We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate and caring environment.
Responsibilities- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, and apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, and administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients, and guide ancillary personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing.
Hourly Min: $34.65, Hourly Max: $35.69. This role may require access to information considered sensitive to Albany Medical Center, its patients, affiliates, and partners. Workforce members are expected to ensure that access to information is based on a "need to know" and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties.
