Job Title: Social Media Intern

At BIG NIL Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media Intern to support our digital media staff in developing and implementing outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and executing social media campaigns to promote student-athlete brands on various social media platforms.
  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to plan and schedule content.
  • Develop and distribute engaging content, including blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases, to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
  • Support the marketing team at live and online events.
  • Conduct social media marketing research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in developing influencer campaign strategies to reach new audiences.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
  • Create compelling graphics and social media captions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Help create and edit short-form videos to showcase our brand's personality and style.
  • Develop new strategies to increase engagement and drive revenue.
  • Assist with photo and video content shoots to capture high-quality visuals.
  • Ensure consistency in our brand message across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in social media lead roles is highly recommended.
  • Strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, and the local community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
