The Opportunity

Saint Luke's North Hospital in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our radiology team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, performing ultrasound exams to assist in direct patient care.

Shift Details

This is a full-time night shift position, working 3-12 hour shifts, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:30pm-7:00am. Call requirements include 1 weekday of backup call per week, 1 weekend of call approximately every 6 weeks, and rotation through the holiday on-call schedule, no more than 1 holiday per year.

The Work

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, vein mapping, and pediatric exams. You will also perform ultrasound-guided procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, FNA, and biopsies.

We are seeking patient-centered, self-driven, motivated Ultrasound Technologists who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in sonography. To be successful, you will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, task-oriented, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

Starting with the graduating class of 2017, Associates are required. OBGYN certification is preferred. We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages to eligible employees.
