Job Summary

University Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic and specialized imaging services in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to radiologists and residents during advanced imaging studies
  • Serve as a resource in your specialized field to coworkers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Operate imaging equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
  • Registered in good standing with the ARDMS or AART
  • RVT or VT certified
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the human development process and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
