Key Focus Areas: S4HANA, BW, Success Factors, Solutions Manager, and GTS. Proficiency with GRC 12 is mandatory. A solid grasp of Segregation of Duties rule management is vital. Familiarity with Fiori Apps is also crucial.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivering SAP security support for system upgrades, testing phases, and new implementations.
  • Guiding business units and developers on security protocols.
  • Conducting daily oversight to guarantee security compliance and readiness for audits.
  • Establishing and enforcing SAP security best practices.
  • Collaborating within technical teams, including remote team members.
  • Exhibiting the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Managing projects independently using the established company framework.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP security administration, particularly with GRC 12, S4 HANA, BI/BW, Success Factors, Solution Manager, GTS, Net Weaver SAP platforms, and Fiori.
  • Proven experience in supporting the full lifecycle of project implementation, including requirements analysis, design, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with One Identity, SAP SSO, and SAP account management (GRC ARM and BRM) is advantageous.
  • Experience in role management, organizational security, and the creation, testing, and assignment of roles to accounts, as well as utilizing SU24/SU25 for upgrade processes.
  • Proficient in MS O365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype) and SharePoint, with knowledge of OneDrive, OneNote, and Teams being a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written formats, meetings, and presentations in English.
  • Flexibility to provide support, respond to emergencies outside regular hours, and participate in meetings across various time zones.
  • Awareness of industry trends, a strong understanding of SAP and SAP Security, and the ability to conduct research and benchmarking.
  • Innovative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
