Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Microservices Software Engineer to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our microservices team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, well-structured software that meets the needs of our users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services
  • Write and maintain automated tests to ensure software reliability and quality
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages
  • Experience with relational and non-relational database systems
  • Understanding of cloud computing and containerization technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
