Salary: The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Truss Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling truss components under the direction of our line leaders. Your duties will include laying out truss supplies and materials, stocking plates for component setup, loading and banding finished materials, and operating equipment necessary to the assembly process.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have prior carpentry experience and a minimum of a high school education. You must also be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer, as well as learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns. Physical demands include exposure to extreme temperatures, lifting up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and dusty and noisy environments when operating woodworking machines and tools.
