Job Overview

Koozie Group is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Red Wing, Minnesota. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing equipment to produce high-quality products for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired print results.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and quality control.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform basic math functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
