Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth and profitability targets in an operation.
  • Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety processes, and general operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a diverse manufacturing background, including machining and assembly.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement, including budget management and facility enhancement.
  • Experience with manufacturing process improvement tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and Theory of Constraints.
