Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Koozie Group. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired print quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
