- Develop various educational pipelines, including cultivating partnerships with local universities to create an MSW internship program.
- Provide support for the organization's two LCSWs and one behavioral health Case Manager, with an eye towards developing policies and procedures that are scalable for the growth of the program.
- Join a cohesive leadership team that regularly participates in consultant-driven, team-building programs and advanced leadership training.

The Role You'll Play
As the Behavioral Health Director, you will administer the mental health services and programs provided at all healthcare sites, ensuring effective integration of the organization's primary care and behavioral health services agency-wide.
Background Profile
- Master's degree in social work
- California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center or other community-based organization that provides care to underserved populations is required
- Strong project management skills to drive initiatives in collaboration with healthcare leaders, providers, and staff both internally and externally
- Ability to paint a vision and lead by example
- Builds excitement by explaining the 'why' when promoting change
- Comfortable setting expectations, demonstrating active-listening skills to recognize bottlenecks. Adjusts processes and systems as necessary to achieve goals
