Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Laborer - Foundation Installation Specialist to join our team at Groundworks. This is a full-time, non-seasonal position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

This role will involve working as part of a high-performance team to install foundation repair solutions for customers in the local area. You'll be responsible for:

  • Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Performing setup and cleanup tasks at the work site
  • Digging and back-filling trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lifting heavy objects
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in construction, home services, or trade work
  • A valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
  • Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
