Employment Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Case Manager to join our team at Assets, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quality systems that result in improved support services provided to individuals with disabilities.
- Provide service coordination, direct/indirect support, job development, job placement, and on-the-job coaching to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.
- Ensure compliance and quality of client services and budgets.
- Teach and mentor Job Coaches and Contract Site personnel on employment support services techniques/methods.
- Advocate for served individuals and provide individually determined support services/job coaching.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of college coursework.
- 1 year of experience providing direct services and/or case management to individuals with developmental and/or mental illnesses.
- Competent use of e-mail, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and e-file management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience providing direct care and/or case management in an employment setting.
