    • Enhance and maintain Recology's brand reputation through strategic communication and marketing efforts.
    • Contribute to brand development and content through creative design feedback and alignment with the company's strategic vision.
    • Establish and enforce communication standards and best practices to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Media and Public Relations
    • Monitor media and public relations activities led by internal and external colleagues.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to qualify is:

  • Six years of related experience in communications, marketing, and website management, including strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in website management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design, video editing, and web development applications.
  • Knowledgeable and capable of website management.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to create compelling content that generates impact with the ability to influence others.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
  • Background and experience in executive communication and project management.
  • Understanding or knowledge of design principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with creative teams and providing design feedback.
  • Proven experience organizing and directing projects while being an individual contributor.
  • Principles of employee training, supervision, and evaluation.
  • Supervisory techniques, resource allocation, planning, and budgeting.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, management, marketing, or another related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
