Quanteam, a leading consulting firm in the fields of Banking, Finance, and Financial Services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Axiom Developer to join our team in New York City.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in AXIOM, a critical component of our regulatory reporting infrastructure. As a Senior Axiom Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows and logic to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement AXIOM-related workflows, logic, and shortcuts to streamline processes.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure robust implementation.
  • Analyze and resolve anomalies in Regulatory Report results, collaborating with Business Analysts.
  • Contribute to project meetings, providing expertise and insights to drive project success.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables according to project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer with a focus on AXIOM in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in AXIOM Controller View and related technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of other financial regulatory reporting platforms and tools.
