Service Leader Advocate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Leader to join our team at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and leading the restaurant crew in providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
- Evaluate and assist with tasks that need to be completed while not busy.
- Help resolve food quality issues and support food safety procedures.
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
- Assist with Crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
**Requirements:
- Able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with office paperwork and office equipment maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous restaurant experience necessary.
