About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Lead at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead shifts, supervise employees, and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior, to meet Circle K's high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and come up with creative solutions to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Retail and Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
  • Leadership and Supervisory Experience: Preferred.
  • Ability to Stand and/or Walk for Up to 8 Hours: Required.
  • Lift and/or Carry Up to 30 Pounds: Required.
