Job Summary

The Concur Travel Analyst will play a key role in supporting the expense reporting process, Concur administration, training, and travel analysis functions. This position will work closely with the team to ensure seamless processing and administration of Concur, as well as provide training and support to travelers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concur site administration, including primary administrator of support systems and primary accounting contact for Motus
  • Concur user support, including primary department helpdesk mailbox management
  • Develop and administer training on various platforms, including SharePoint, Monster U, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Corporate card monitoring, including suspension monitoring, proposals, communications, and collection activity
  • Develop intelligence reporting and deliver ad hoc requests
  • Other project support, including intercompany agreements, sustainability data collection, and Monster Energy Cares bookkeeping support
Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Between 1-3 years of experience with SAP and Concur is preferred
  • General accounting knowledge, ability to multi-task and hit target deadlines
  • Preferred field of study in Accounting or logic-based fields, such as math or data sciences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and people skills, as well as the ability to problem solve
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate issues and questions to management in a timely manner
  • Must be proactive and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and prioritize and follow up accordingly
  • Must be a team player and able to work with other individuals outside the department
What We Offer

Base Pay Range: $52,410K - $69,880K
