Cardiac Services Director

Job Summary
The Director of Cardiac Services is responsible for leading the activities of the Cardiovascular Laboratory Services and overseeing the daily operations of the physician enterprise(s) and their practice focusing on Cardiac Services. This role involves administering, planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of the employees to ensure quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of Cardiac Services
- Monitors billing performance and overall financial and operational performance of all Cardiac Services
- Participates in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting with experience implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data
- Master's degree in health administration or other related field preferred
