Key Responsibilities- Manage Service Net Planner to ensure timely completion of PMs campaigns, repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster a culture of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Provide quality phone service and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and scheduling.
- Oversee inventory productivity at the branch to ensure timely service support and minimize risk of inventory loss.
- Order parts according to sourcing procedure, ensuring suppliers deliver defect-free and on-time products.
- Receive and store parts in an organized manner, ensuring updates to PartsNet occur timely and frequently.
- Analyze processes in areas such as inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, and cycle counts to identify areas for improvement.
- Use systems such as ServiceNet or AS400 to understand operational dynamics and recommend solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability.
- Complete projects and tasks assigned by the Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with branch team members.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a preference for experience in service and parts departments.
- Agile and quick learner, with a willingness to collaborate on projects and continuous education.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and complete Penske employment application.
