Job Summary:

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Law Library Director and other library personnel. Your duties will include handling mail routing and delivery, maintaining and ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and taking minutes, producing informational signage and displays, and assisting with physical maintenance and appearance of the library.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of specialized training in business management or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a specialized or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office and other standard business software
  • Prior experience with the University of Arkansas Workday and purchasing systems
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
