Job Description

We are a leading provider of renewable energy solutions seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong data entry skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office organization to support business operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and virtual events.
  • Manage project information and documents ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Utilize Office Suite applications for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative position.
  • Data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
