Job Summary:

The User Experience Designer II will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered design solutions for software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of usability principles and techniques, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical team members and business sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
Develop and maintain design systems and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software products
Conduct usability testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Web Design, or similar field
3+ years of experience in UX design
Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
Knowledge of human-computer interaction and user-centered design
Experience with usability testing and analysis
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
