Position Overview: The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is actively seeking a full-time clinical psychologist to become a part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary program within a prestigious medical center academic department. Clinical Duties: The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering care to outpatients presenting with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. This position also involves the supervision and training of students and trainees, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals. Participation in research initiatives within the Department of General Internal Medicine is expected, requiring competencies in data management, analysis, and grant proposal writing.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a clinical background in an outpatient context and hold a Doctorate in Psychology, complemented by an APA-accredited internship. Research experience is essential, and preference will be given to those with a focus on the management of chronically ill patients.
