Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a thought leader and strategic advisor, transforming complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, providing actionable recommendations and insights. Serves as a subject matter expert in pricing strategies, market dynamics, consumer behavior, experimental design, and financial impact assessments.
  • Collaborates with cross-departmental teams to identify business requirements, executing comprehensive analyses that encompass data collection, interpretation, and presentation of findings. Ensures the effective implementation of solutions while maintaining accuracy and performance tracking; identifies areas for enhancement, formulates hypotheses, and designs tests to optimize strategies.
  • Directs the formulation and execution of pricing strategies, including customer segmentation and optimization techniques to address business challenges.
  • Communicates findings and strategic recommendations effectively to various leadership levels, utilizing visual representations of quantitative data.
  • Develops and streamlines reporting processes, creating and refining dashboards to deliver insights at scale, addressing analytical needs efficiently.
  • Adheres to established work processes and documentation standards, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency while ensuring quality. Continuously seeks to advance technical and leadership capabilities through ongoing training and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategies for consumer financial products.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role typically ranges from $126,500 to $177,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the compensation for this position.
