Job OpportunityWe are currently seeking a skilled Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining draft beer systems, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and clean draft beer systems in assigned locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.
  • Ensure draft systems are serviced properly and meet our high standards.

Requirements
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Mechanical skills and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • High integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

Compensation and BenefitsOur starting pay is $19.25/hr during a two-week training period. Post-training rate begins at $3.30 per beer line cleaned. The average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period, resulting in an estimated annual salary of $53,500-$63,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package valued at over $10k*, including medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs, 401(k) plan with company matching, and paid time off (PTO) programs.
