Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Bailey Medical Center in Owasso, OK. As a night shift, part-time Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) Surgical Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the Physician and the Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate responsibility and accountability in selecting, assembling, testing, and operating equipment and instruments in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Perform as a primary scrub person handling instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures and vaginal deliveries while applying principles of sterile technique.
• Contribute to expected patient outcomes in accordance with policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Take call (30-minute response time).

• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology Training Program.
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Tech (for Certified only - upon hire).
• Active Basic Life Support Certification.
• Preferred: One year of Labor and Delivery Surgical Tech experience or three years of Operating Room experience.
