Job OverviewPosition Summary

The Lead Technical Advisor is a pivotal role for a CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine developer and/or consultant, typically requiring over five years of industry experience.

Core Objectives

The primary aim of the Lead Technical Advisor is to deliver billable technical and development services to clients in support of their CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine systems. Depending on expertise, this role may also encompass additional development or technical services beyond CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Technical Advisor is chiefly accountable for providing services to clients through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Formulating solutions to business challenges
  • Documenting specifications
  • Estimating project timelines
  • Development, testing, and debugging
  • Project delivery to clients

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net
  • Web Development experience with ASP.NET/MVC, including the consumption and creation of Web Services/Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • A degree in a technical field is preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, particularly CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine
  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to seek assistance when needed
  • Commitment to high standards in work quality
  • Capability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High energy and persistence in tasks
  • Additional projects, training, and other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of Godlan, Inc. management.
Education and Experience Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

5+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.

5+ years of progressive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
