Data Analytics Specialist

Required skills:
Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.
6+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.
Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.
Good experience working with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.
Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR/People Analytics.
Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), or other HR-related software to extract and analyze the relevant data.
Understanding of predictive modeling techniques to forecast employee turnover or workforce planning initiatives.
Prior experience in creating tables and views within Snowflake is a major plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong team player and results driven.
Go-getter attitude.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly growing business.
Mine data to create new Insights into various areas as required by the business.
Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision-making analysis.
Creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)
