About the Role: As a Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's HR strategies and driving business outcomes. With a strong background in HR, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of HR programs that align with our business goals. This includes partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR solutions, overseeing recruitment and talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, champion DEI initiatives, and develop and manage competitive programs. A key aspect of this role is analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will also collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization. The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
