Employee Benefits Administrator

CVR Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Benefits department, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits, including health and welfare plans, HSAs, leaves of absence, and maintaining accurate employee benefit records.
Main Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits, including but not limited to health and welfare plans, HSAs, leaves of absence
• Partner with Corporate Tax Department to ensure 5500 filings for health and welfare plans are completed accurately and submitted timely
• Draft and prepare benefits compliance materials, such as 5500 filings, Summary Annual Reports, Summaries of Benefits and Coverage, and Summary Plan Descriptions
• Receive and reconcile invoices from service providers, process and submit timely funding requests
• Handle benefits inquiries and complaints, providing quick, equitable, and courteous resolution for employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Three to five years of relevant work experience
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
