Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the financial services industry.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to clients and employees, troubleshooting software problems and resolving issues in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and diagnosing software problems through discussions with clients and employees
  • Researching and resolving system problems
  • Assigning complex problems to senior level support when necessary
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required
