Customer Support Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the financial services industry.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to clients and employees, troubleshooting software problems and resolving issues in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and diagnosing software problems through discussions with clients and employees
- Researching and resolving system problems
- Assigning complex problems to senior level support when necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with the financial services industry
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
- Good organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required
