Key Responsibilities- Loss Prevention: Utilize Company Loss Prevention reporting and applications to identify potential loss and shrink, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft, shoplifting, and other forms of loss, and work with law enforcement to apprehend and prosecute perpetrators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with ShopRite management, security personnel, and law enforcement to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest loss prevention techniques and technologies.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- 2+ Years of Loss Prevention Experience: Preferred
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
