The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Acquisition Manager to develop and execute membership growth strategies for CyberEdBoard.

In this role, you will lead strategic efforts to recruit new members, targeting and engaging with C-suite cybersecurity executives and senior-level practitioners globally to achieve designated growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruit new members while retaining existing members.
  2. Identify, develop, and promote programs and initiatives to attract and retain members.
  3. Develop marketing campaign plans for target audiences, informed by analysis, for key initiatives.
  4. Conduct outreach activities to attract, recruit, and retain new members to achieve designated membership growth targets.
  5. Initiate annual reviews with members to ensure CyberEdBoard provides customized value.
  6. Deliver high-level customer service and elevated member experience through communication by call, email, or other means to set expectations and build meaningful relationships.
  7. Ensure all membership applications are processed in a timely manner and with utmost confidentiality.
  8. Work with the full Membership, Marketing, and Communications team to establish annual goals and metrics to evaluate membership community engagement.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in PR, Communication, Marketing, or other related areas.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in membership or community management/development.
  3. Experience working with CISOs or other C-Level executives.
  4. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and technology (B2B experience is preferred).
  5. Prior experience within events.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  7. Strong understanding of Excel, Projects, PowerPoint.
  8. Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey creation.
  9. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with an outstanding ability to multitask and tackle tight deadlines.
  10. Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Excellent customer service skills.
  12. Must be an independent thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
