We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Interlachen Country Club. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answers multi-line phone system and directs calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Records member reservations for regular dining and Club events
  • Performs various administrative duties, including copying, faxing, filing, and assisting with Club mailings
  • Cross-trains to learn the Fitness Center Receptionist responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Availability to work variable part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and operate office equipment, including computer, copier, and phone system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
