Childcare Development Associate SpecialistCIFC's Norwalk Early Learning Programs seek a Childcare Development Associate Specialist to provide support in classrooms serving pre-school children (ages 6 months-5 years). This role reports to the Education Services Professional and works under the direction of assigned Lead Teacher(s).
- Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year
- Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and implement classroom routines and activities
- Support curriculum development and implementation
- Contribute to daily classroom tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Commitment to obtaining Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate within 1 year
