Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our General Surgical department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting evidence-based practice. Your expertise will help shape the delivery of high-quality patient care, contributing to our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or higher in Nursing
* Current Connecticut Registered Nurse License (CT Hospitals)
* American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification Preferred
