Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Chief Operating Officer at Priority Property Management LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our operations team, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with our CEO to align business strategies with our company vision and goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and excellence.
- Manage a small portfolio of commercial clients to gain a deeper understanding of the business and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, Second in Command, or similar position, with a track record of driving growth and achieving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar operational frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as needed.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- VA Realtor License or the ability to obtain a VA realtor license within sixty days of starting.
