Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Work closely with parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, for departments 8-12 in size.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and tools.
- Parts inventory.
- High School Diploma or GED.
