Maintenance Planner

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Work closely with parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
