  • Conduct weekly inventory checks in line with departmental policies.
  • Prepare orders as necessary to ensure accurate production for the location.
  • Possess knowledge in operating a cost-effective program efficiently.
  • Supervise and assess staff performance; provide guidance to promote employee development, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend verbal instructions.
  • Completion of a sanitation course is required either prior to or during the first year in a supervisory role.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
  • Maintain composure under stress.
  • Ability to manage interpersonal conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities are essential.

Minimum Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED.

This position may involve physical demands, including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
