Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Recent clinical experience in patient care for at least six months within the past year is required. An associate degree from an accredited nursing program is mandatory, while a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Nursing License and be eligible for credentialing.
Certifications:
Applicants must maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). A valid U.S. passport is also required.
Skills:
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment, particularly MS Office, is essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and stressful environment is crucial, along with adaptability to changing work requirements.
Additional Requirements:
A valid U.S. Driver's License and a current U.S. Passport with at least six months of validity are necessary. Candidates must pass a security background check and drug screening. Participation in a Pre-deployment Counter Terrorism training course is mandatory. Proficiency in English communication is required, and candidates should be adept in using basic word processing programs and relevant medical management software.
