Job Title: Logistics Oversight Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Oversight Manager to join our team at Alluvionic Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight support for all logistics efforts associated with the Rescue Equipment Package.
  • Supervise specialized individuals providing vehicle maintenance support, aircrew flight equipment support, dive locker logistics support, and inventory management.
  • Assist development, maintenance, and revision of maintenance and logistics operating instructions to satisfy unit missions and ensure personnel safety.
  • Facilitate support equipment movement to satisfy unit missions.
  • Assist managing activities involved in requirements determination, inventory control, and storage of mission supplies and equipment.
  • Compute requirement, determine allowance, and research material requirements and make recommendations to the unit.
  • Inspect and evaluate inventory management activities and provide recommendations to the unit.
  • Inspect and identify property; determine condition of property received; perform shelf-life inspections.
  • Assist development of plans for use of storage facilities; store, issue, ship, and transfer equipment and supplies; control sensitive and/or pilferable items.
  • Assist accomplishment of all unit LOGMOD tasks.
  • Receive and manage aircrew flight equipment messages from higher headquarters to include parachute TCTOs; accomplish tool accountability; oversee equipment maintenance activities; and maintain records of inspection documents.
  • Provide inputs for ordering tools, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist processing purchase requests for the Rescue Equipment Package and all other equipment items stored and maintained at the unit industrial facilities.
  • Assist oversight of the unit munitions storage locker; develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate TCTOs or other guidance.
  • Employ applicable Air Force or Joint data processing and management systems for AFE equipment, Rescue Equipment Package, and other equipment items stored and maintained at the unit industrial facilities.
  • Facilitate training by assisting reception and bed down efforts prior to and during unit-led training activities.
  • Following training and mission execution events, ensure equipment items are inventoried, restocked, resupplied, and ready for subsequent training or mission events.
  • Travel to support mission requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as Air Force Specialty Code 1P071 or 2T271 (or other service equivalent) with parachute rigger certifications.
  • Expert knowledge of inspection and repack of aerial delivery packages, advanced parachute systems, diving operations, vehicles, and watercraft associated with the Guardian Angel mission.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently to plan and complete assignments on time.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop and articulate recommended plans and objectives that lead to resolution within existing policy or instruction guidance.
  • Ability to understand and articulate orally and in writing the consequences (intended and unintended) in advance of actions or decisions.
  • Ability to conceptualize, develop, and present mission-specific training or orientation courses for military personnel.
  • Ability to produce high-quality products and provide high-quality recommendations that are consistent with a fiscally constrained mission environment.
Clearance:

Active Secret clearance or have initiated the process to obtain a Secret Clearance within six months of contract award and must maintain the level of security required for the duration of the contract.
