Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our attorneys and clients in the areas of e-discovery, document review, and case management.

Responsibilities:
  • E-Discovery and Document Review: Assist with the collection, preservation, and review of electronic documents and data for production, as well as track incoming and outgoing productions.
  • Case Management: Establish and maintain case files, document collections, and chronologies to ensure efficient and organized case management.
  • Correspondence and Research: Draft correspondence and conduct research to support attorney and client needs.
  • Deposition and Trial Preparation: Assist with the preparation of witness interviews, depositions, and trial exhibits, as well as develop charts, graphs, and other visual aids for trial presentation.
  • Information Retrieval and Analysis: Develop and maintain information retrieval systems using computerized litigation support tools.
  • Quality Control: Check citations, Bluebook, and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and draft factual memoranda to support attorney and client needs.
  • Technology and Systems: Collaborate with eData on electronic discovery and other matters, and utilize tools such as Opus 2, Relativity, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, HighQ/Engage, and the Internet for research and case management.
  • File Management: File and retrieve documents at courthouses and government agencies, and prepare files for electronic court filings.
  • Team Supervision: Assist with coordinating and supervising teams of contract attorneys on document review projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Four-year college degree strongly preferred, with an excellent academic record.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Product Liability Paralegal experience.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as necessary, including nights, weekends, and travel.
