WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Assist in the assessment of patients in close partnership with Registered Nurses.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, including self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety; take appropriate corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential obtained prior to hire or transfer.
  • High school diploma or GED.
