Position Overview

The Facilities Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing our industrial facility's daily functions. This position is essential for ensuring that operations align with efficiency targets and uphold customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to fulfill client requirements.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, including employee assignments, scheduling, and order management.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of objectives across various timeframes.
  • Oversee employee attendance and time management.
  • Assess employee performance and identify areas for recruitment and training.
  • Lead and inspire staff to achieve their highest potential.
  • Provide coaching and support to both new and existing team members.
  • Engage with clients to understand and evaluate their needs.
  • Address and resolve complaints from both clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with client expectations.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Act as a representative of the site, setting a positive example for staff.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and performance assessment processes.
  • Understanding of financial principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • Ability to pass background checks and security clearances as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

$28-$32 per hour
