Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and product movement across all Fleenor Paper & Packaging sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, diversify product offerings to attract new business, and maintain regular communication with customers about new products and services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Explain product features based on customer needs, keep detailed sales reports and customer/vendor records, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and collaborate with customers on product development.
  • Account Management: Assist in setting up new accounts, cultivate a network of sales leads, achieve revenue and customer retention goals, and manage client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Operations: Input sales data and maintain documentation, help coordinate deliveries and shipments, and work on inventory maintenance and transfers.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports to Inventory & Administrative Supervisor
  • Works closely with all Fleenor Paper & Packaging staff
  • Interacts with various departments

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High school Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in paper or packaging industry
  • Knowledge of Infor or other CRM software
