Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing restaurant team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in restaurant operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a fast-food or quick-service background.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
